Everything looks to be a go for the little country house, except for one deep problem.

The county well guidelines specify a well water yield of at least one gallon per minute. The yield test done last Thursday failed after three hours (normally runs for six) when the yield dropped to about half a gallon per minute. It's been a fairly wet summer here, so a failure like this is most definitely not a good thing.

The seller is pursuing several options to fix the problem and hopefully a solution will be found in time for our scheduled settlement.
