Is the third time the charm?

House 1: The day we arrange for a contractor to inspect the house for estimates of needed renovations, the buyers pulled the home from the market.

House 2: Outbid by another buyer.

House 3: Making an offer this afternoon.

Another little house in the country on a very quiet road, with trees, birds, and a front porch. There are houses nearby, so it's not totally isolated, but it is a far and much desired step from a downtown rowhouse.
