11/04/2003 Entry: "finding golden grain"

Less frustration than I'd feared during last night's darkroom play with the flat negs from the christening Sunday. Things were a bit grainier than I usually like but from the few prints I had time to make I think I found some golden light. That bigass window above and behind the baptismal font made for some difficult shooting but also helped add a heavenly feel to the image.
