A roof that has stood the weight of snows for years succumbed to the elements today with the collapse of a major portion of the historic domed roundhouse at the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum. You can see the central iron supports still standing but the lower portion of the roof has collapsed around two thirds of the circular structure. I hope the museum is able to repair the storm damage and recover from this blow to a famous Baltimore landmark.
Thanks to Geren for tipping me off about this in time to get some photos.
